    1 cup Bulletproof coffee
  • Add coffee, Brain Octane C8 MCT oil and ghee to a blender.
    1 tbsp Brain Octane C8 MCT Oil
  • Blend 20-30 seconds until it looks like a creamy latte. Enjoy!
