Bulletproof Cranberry Sauce

Bulletproof Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients:
1 lb. cranberries (frozen is fine)
¼ cup water
Zest of one orange, grated
¼ cup xylitol (more if you like sweeter cranberry sauce)
Instructions:
Add the cranberries, water, orange zest, and xylitol to a food processor and blitz until you get an even consistency.
