Dairy-Free Keto Lemon Fat Bombs
With fresh citrus juice and zest, these tangy lemon fat bombs take minutes to prep and slash sugar cravings with dairy-free fats.

Ingredients
- ¾ cup coconut butter
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp coconut cream (the thick part from a can of coconut milk)
- 1 tbsp non-GMO erythritol or birch xylitol
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to combine.
- Line a plate or dish with parchment. Scoop the fat bomb mixture out onto the parchment. Freeze for 30 minutes, or until firm enough to handle without melting.
- Remove the mixture from the freezer, roll into balls, and chill again in the freezer until set.
- Enjoy immediately or store covered in the fridge or freezer (freezer storage may require thawing time).
