Ingredients
- ½ avocado
- 3 tbsp Brain Octane MCT oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ? medium cucumber
- Sea salt to taste
- Pinch of xylitol or stevia
- Fresh cilantro, oregano or pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend to create a thick, creamy dressing. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use immediately, or store in a container in the fridge.
