Ingredients

Red Layer

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt

Orange Layer

Yellow Layer

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup  greek yogurt

Blue Layer

  • 1 1/2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp. blue spirulina

Purple Layer

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup  full-fat Greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Blend the ingredients for each layer thoroughly. Make sure to clean your blender in between rounds.
  • In reverse-rainbow order, pour half the contents of each layer into a clear glass (begin with purple; end with red).
  • Garnish with handful of fresh herbs and berries.
  • Add a reusable straw and sip your rainbow smoothie to your heart's content!
