This dairy-free strawberry milkshake is rich in collagen protein and antioxidants, making it great for supporting sports recovery. Each serving contains 80 percent of the recommended daily intake of vitamin C, plus enough protein and healthy fat to keep you feeling satisfied for hours.
It tastes just like the strawberry milk you may have drunk when you were a kid, but chances are, that one was filled with sugar and artificial flavorings. Not good! So here’s your upgraded version of strawberry milk that will keep you feeling and looking your best.
Creamy Strawberry Milkshake With Collagen
Start to Finish: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 scoops Vanilla Collagen Protein
- 1 13.5 ounce can full-fat organic coconut milk
- 8 medium-sized fresh, ripe, organic strawberries
- Handful of Ice
Instructions:
- Place everything but the collagen in a blender and blend well, about 20-30 seconds.
- Add the collagen powder and blend gently until mixed.
This recipe makes two full servings. You can drink one serving now and store the rest in a covered mason jar in the fridge.
