Garlicky Paleo Bread Sticks

These delicious, crispy paleo bread sticks are so yummy and packed with flavor. They can be served as an appetizer, a snack or as a side dish with some homemade guacamole or aioli to dip into. These paleo bread sticks are golden brown and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and take on a lovely flavor from buttery ghee and garlic.

You can also chop these paleo bread sticks up into squares and lightly fry them to create crispy bread croutons to sprinkle on top of a soup or salad. And if you’re avoiding garlic, try tossing them with herbs like rosemary and thyme for delicious low-carb flavor.
Garlicky Paleo Bread Sticks
Start to Finish: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 loaf Paleo Coconut Flour Bread, cut into 6 strips
- 1 teaspoon organic garlic powder (or more to taste)
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon grass-fed butter or ghee for frying
Instructions:
- Preheat a large frying pan on medium heat. Add butter or ghee and swirl to coat the pan.
- Add breadsticks and cook on all sides until golden brown.
- When they’re almost ready, sprinkle paleo bread sticks with the garlic powder and salt and cook for a little longer. Move the bread sticks around in the pan to ensure they’re evenly coated in the salt and garlic.
- Serve immediately.
