Easy Seared Steak with Ghee
In partnership with Crowd Cow
Grass-fed steak is delicious, flavorful and really easy to cook. This basic seared steak recipe is special because it uses grass-fed, grass-finished New York strip steak, courtesy of our friends at Crowd Cow. It’s seared in Bulletproof Grass-Fed Ghee, which has a higher smoke point than butter. That gives you a great sear, which means maximum flavor.
