Vanilla Matcha Latte
Recipe & Content provided by Jordan Pie
Have you ever tried a matcha latte before? Matcha is a type of green tea powder that’s especially high in antioxidants. Matcha contains a component called L-Theanine which has been shown to help increase focus and concentration and it also creates calmness without the drowsiness.[1]
Matcha has a well-rounded, subtle, earthy flavor compared to regular, and sometimes bitter green tea. So if you’re not a fan of regular green tea, but on the search for another coffee alternative to mix things up, you’ll love this creamy Vanilla Matcha Latte.
