Keto Chocolate Shake With Coconut Milk

This is a delicious keto chocolate shake with minimal ingredients that takes less than 2 minutes to make. It’s low-carb, contains quality fats and collagen protein and tastes like a total treat. The cinnamon and vanilla both add depth to the flavor to this shake and the added coconut milk makes it smooth and creamy. We also love adding in a pinch of quality salt when we make any type of chocolate recipe because it enhances and balances out the chocolate flavor.
Keto Chocolate Shake With Coconut Milk
Makes 2
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops of Collagen Protein powder
- 1 – 1.5 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 – 1 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
- Stevia or natural sweetener of choice, to taste
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup of filtered water
- 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 – 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Brain Octane MCT oil
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients into a high powered blender and blitz until everything is well combined.
- Adjust the sweetness if needed.
- Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy.
