Bulletproof Turmeric Latte

Makes: 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1 tsp. ceylon cinnamon
- 1 tsp. turmeric powder
- A pinch of pepper*
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tbsp. Brain Octane Oil
- 1/2 tbsp. grass-fed butter or ghee
- 2 tbsp. Collagen Peptides (unflavored or Vanilla)
- Stevia, xylitol, or monk fruit sweetener to taste
- Optional add-ins: 1/2 tsp. ginger powder, 1/2 – 1 tbsp. coconut butter, pinch of nutmeg
*A note about pepper: Black pepper tends to be especially high in mold toxins, particularly aflatoxin and ochratoxin A. If you insist on using pepper, a good pepper grinder with fresh, high-end black pepper is the only way to do it.
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and heat on low-medium until the gelatin has dissolved completely.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness to your own taste buds.
- Pour the mixture into a blender and blitz for 30 seconds – 1 minute.
- Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
